Commissions
Please allow anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for completion; While you shall be notified if the commission exceeds 3 weeks in time, it does not justify nor employ a compensation of any sort. Updates are available upon request. I can fix or add things upon request. I will not rework a commission in its finished state. I hold copyright of every piece commissioned, therefore you may not edit or use my artwork for profit. You may upload and share your commission with proper credit to me. I am not responsible for any artwork that is lost or damaged during shipment.
I have the right to: Refuse a commission for any reason / Cancel and refund a commission due to unforeseen circumstances / Cancel a commission without refund if I find out the character is stolen.Designs
If you purchase a design/character from me you may edit or change the design to your liking unless otherwise specified. You MUST credit me as the original creator (if you have toyhouse, my username there is LxveKore). You may not resell the design for more than you paid for it plus any extra art you received during YOUR ownership of the character; this also applies to trades. I will make note of any special changes to the TOS during our transaction that you will also be held accountable to following.
Holds : I will only accept a hold if there is a decent portion of money put down to secure it. If you want a character to be held for you but cannot put down at least 20% of the price i will not hold the character, and it will remain open for offers or sales.
Failure to abide by the TOS in any manner will result in blacklisting. In the case of chargeback scam or failure to pay I will claim automatic repossession of the design/character; meaning the design/character belongs to me once again.Payment
Payment is due upfront and in full on all transactions. I only accept payment in the form of USD currency. Payment is only accepted through PayPal. In the case of PayPal fraud/scam/chargeback, you will be automatically black listed; If this is concerning a design/character purchased from me, the full rights to the design/character return to me.
Payment plans: if we agree on a payment plan, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. If for some reason I have to continue to track you down for payments I reserve the right to cancel our transaction. If something comes up please reach out and inform me so we can work something out. You will receive what you are purchasing once you have paid in FULL. If you cancel your payment plan a refund will NOT be issued for what you have already paid unless previously discussed.Refunds
A full refund will only be given if I have not started your commission OR if I am the one to cancel your commission. A partial refund will be given if the commission is in progress when canceled. And NO REFUND will be given after completion.Purchasing or receiving any form of commission, design, or trade from LxveKore is an automatic agreement to abide by this TOS.
Failure to comply with the TOS in any manner will result in an automatic blacklist.
Reasons for blacklisting are not restricted to those listed in the TOS and are potentially permanent and viable to public notice.
